Mr. Peart Visits Headquarters Set Up At Tolworth To Combat Foot And Mouth Disease: The Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Peart, today visited the Animal Health Division at Tolworth, where an operational headquarters has been set up for the feet and mouth epidemic. All outbreaks are reported to the headquarters and diagnosed.
