Japanese envoy visits the foreign office with his appeal to stop Nuclear tests.: Mr. Masatoshi Matsushita, personal representative of the Japanese Prime Minister has arrived in Britain with an appeal to Mr. Macmillan to suspend the nuclear tests which are to take place on Christmas Island. Mr. Matsushita said Japan was protesting about the tests largely on moral grounds. This morning he paid a visit to the Foreign Office where he was expected to meet Commander Noble, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs. Photo shows Mr. Matsushita interviewed by reporters outside the Foreign Office this morning.
