An audience of one Sir Robert Mayer listens to a 100th birthday concert: Ninet-three members of the London Schools Symphony Orchestra playing to an audience of one in the 3,000 seat Royal Festival Hall yesterday. The concert was arranged as a special tribute-and an 100 th birtday present to the Orchestra's president, Sir Robert Mayer. The musicians represented the thousands of young people who have be influenced and encouraged by Sir Robert and the organisations he had founded.
