Launching of "the Dukes" A new book is born : A new book named "the dukes" was introduced to the world today at the dukes hotel, St. James's place, s.w.i. by its author Brain Masters, among those mentioned in the book are the duke of st. Albans The duke of Richmond, and Margaret Connor, duchess of argyle.
