Scientist Rewarded The annual distribution of Honorary Degrees and Awards granted by the universal league of public welfare was held at the Sorbonne University, Paris, this afternoon. OPS: M. Joseph Dumas, deputizing for the Minister of Public Works, hands the Degree of the League to Dr. Denoix, the French scientist famous for his research works for curing cancer.
