Soviet Aviation Mission Arrives In New Delhi: Riding on a Tu-104A Jetliner-Marshal Zigarif (4th. from left) arrives in New Delhi recently with a Russian civilaviation mission to negotiate with the Indian Government the conclusion of an aviation route between Moscow and New Delhi. The arrival of the delegation in India another Russian drive to extend its Aeroflot activities outside the Soviet Union and her satellites. An agreement to open Moscow-Brusselscivil air service this month was signed on May 19th.
