London to Moscow by air next year agreement signed at the foreign office: Britain and Russia are to start a London-Moscow air service next year. The agreement was signes at the Foreign Office this evening between Mr David Ormsby-Gore, Minister of State for Foreign Affaires, and General Pavil Zhigarev, Chief Marshal of Aviation and head of Aeroflot, the Russian state airline. Photo shows General Pavil Zhigarev (nearest camera) and Mr Ormsby-Gore sign the agreement together at the Foreign Office this evening.
