In The Hofburg Of Vienna: On Sept. 26th the General Session of the International Atomic Energy Organization (IAEO) was opened. The Argentine Admiral Quihillat (Quihillat)-left-was elected unanimously as President. the leaving Director General of the IAEO, Sterling Cole (Cole), passed his office to his successor Eklund (Eklund)-right-.
