1960 Press Photo Soviet ambassador Perwuchin

Soviet Ambassador in the US Mission in Berlin Dahlem For a formal visit the Soviet ambassador in East Berlin, Perwuchin, arrived on Jan 27th, 1960 at the US Mission in Berlin Dahlem (West). Perwuchin visited his American colleague, newly appointed US Ambassador Dowling. It was not allowed to take photograph of the meeting of the two Ambassadors.
