The pilot taking part in the London Sonic boom tests speaks to the press: Wing Commander Henry Merriman, a pilot taking part in the London sonic boom tests, was present at the Ministry of Technology today to speak to journalists at a press conference. During the conference the final "bang" in the present exercises was being created by another R.A.F. pilot which was recorded on the roof of the Ministry.
