Home Secretary in wine final.: Connoisseur's touch from Mrs. Muadling,(L) in Soho last night, when the Home Secretary became a finalist in the Wine tasting of the year competitions. Mr. Maudling, who was one of 32 competittors, had left for a dinner appointment before the results were known. He now goes forward to the final at the Savoy hotel on Dec. 21st where he will be joined by more than two dozen other competitors for the final.
