Mr.Wilson Names "Watch Dog": Mr. Oliver Wright, British Ambassador in Denmark and Former Private Secretary to Mr. Wilson and Sir Alec Douglas Home, is to West minster's "Watch Dog" in the Office of the Ulster Prime Minister. He is one of two senior British Government Officials who are ti be stationed wit the Northern Ireland Government in Belfast.
