Three man accused of "Scarface" murder.: Three men were accused last night of the murder of Thomas "Scarface" Smithson, who was shot in London on Monday night. They are Philip Aloysius Ellul, 26. All were charged at Harrowroad Plice Station, and will appear in court at Willesden this morning. Ellul and Spamphato were the first to be charged.
