New Yugoslav Ambassador Arrives: Marshal Tito's new Ambassador to London, General Vladimir Velebit, arrived in London this evening, with his wife and two young sons. The General, who speaks English, came here as head of a wartime mission to beg supplies for Tito's partisans and saw Mr. Churchill several times.
