February 22nd 1977 Dr. David Owen the new Foreign Secretary calls on the Prime Minister ' Dr. David Owen the new Foreign Secretary who takes the place of Anthony Crosland who died last week, called on the Prime Minister Mr. Jim Callaghan at No. 10 Downing Street this morning.
