Dr. David Owen the new Foreign Secretary and family at home - Dr. David Owen, 36, the new Foreign Secretary who took the place of Anthony Crosland who died last week, was at his terraced 18th century home at Narrow Street, Limehouse, East London, yesterday with his family to meet the press. Photo Shows: 4 year old Gareth, Dr. Owen's youngest son carries his father's dispatch case to the car followed by his father when he left his Limehouse home for the Foreign Office yesterday.
