Navy Minister and American Bride at the boat show: The youngest member of the Government, Or. David Own, 30, Under Secretary of State for Defence (Navy) and hid 26 year old American vi~e Deborah, visited the boat show at Earls Court, January 10th. Dr. and Mrs. Owen flew back to Britain last Monday after their wedding in Long Island on December 28th. Mrs. Owen is member or Parliament for the Sutton Division of Plymouth. The couple are seen here talking to a Wren at the Navy stand at the boat show.
