Will Owen cleared of all charges.: Willaim James Owen, 69, dormer Labour and Co-operative MP for Morpeth, was cleared by an Old Bailey jury yesterday of passing state secrets to the Czechs. he was acquitted on eight under the official Sedrets Acts. Photo shows Mr. William Owen, the former MP, with his wife, Ann, in the garden of their Carshalton home yesterday after he had been cleared of secrets charges at the Old Bailey.
