Thirty killed - two hundred injured in riots. British police commandant dead in Khartoum.: Thirty people are reported dead -and nearly teo hundred wounded in the riots which started in Khartoum on the arrival of General Neguin on his 'Good -Will' mission to the new democracy. Among the seventeen police killed was Mr. H.S. McGuigan, British Commandant of the City Police. the Governor General Sir Robert Howe has declared a State of Emergency - and the opening of Parliament ceremonies have been provisionally postponed until March 10th. Photo shows Mr. H.S. McGuigan British Commandant of the City Police who has been killed in Khartoum.
