Mrs. Mary Jacqueline McIntosh began working for Texas Refinery Corp. as a typist at 42~ per hour. Today, she makes in excess of $20,000 per year as vice president of the corporation in charge of international operations. Texas Refinery is largely a man's organization in which women have long been given equal opportunity. Mrs. McIntosh supervises some of the top salesmen of the world.
