"Captive" Counillors set free.: A number of Councillors and officials, including Councillor Peter Methuen, Chairman of Kensington and Chelsea planning committee,and Councillor Douglas Eaton, Chairman of the housing committee,who were held captive in all Saints church hall,Notting hill, by members of a housing association, following a meeting last night about housing conditions, were set free today. Photo shows Mrs. Peter Methuen, who spent a worrying night with her husband, Councillor Peter Methuen (they have a 6 1/2 year old son who was at home), seen with the police after her release today.
