"Captive" Councillors Set Free; A number a Councillor and officials, including Councillor Peter Methuen, chairman of Kensington and Chelsea Planning Committee, and Councillor Douglas Easton, chairman of the housing committee, who were held captive in all saints church hall, Notting hill, by members of a housing association, following a meeting last night about housing conditions, were set free today. Photo Shows Councillor Peter Methuen pictured in the Hall this morning, before the crown voted to release him and others, and vacate the building themselves.
