A new face in Geneva - As arms talks in Geneva go into their 7th round, the Soviet delegation broke the routine by announcing their new chief delegate Yuri Voronzov (L) who succeeded Victor Karpov. He was greeted by US counterpart Max Kampelman before they withdraw for preliminary discussions. January 1987
