In Search of Maufra is Lost in the Jungle: Jean Pillon (centre Bearded) a young french manmember of a three-man expedition, photographed on board his sloos "Maria" in the Harbour of Casablanca. The Expenditure has sailed too Brazil in search of Raymond Maufrais Lost in the Jungle. This Sloope will cover the distance from casablanca to Brazil in about 50 days. Jean Pillon is seen here being advised the polish navigator Danieluck.
