State Controlled Radio & New TV channel for Britain Pilkington commission sensation : Color TV soon: The Pilkington Commission has recommended that the B.B.C should have the third TV program and sole local radio service. It also recommends the re organization of Independent Television and forecasts the early introduction of color TV in Britain.
