Charlie Grimm, known to the baseball world as "Jolly Cholly," flashed a smile today after he was names 1960 manager of the Chicago Cubs. He replaces Bob Scheming who piloted the team to a fifth place tie in the National League. This is the fourth time Grimm, who is 61, has been named manager of the Cubs. He will retain his title as vice president of the club.
