Former major league pitcher Russ Christopher, 33, looks at scrap book as he disclosed plan to try comeback after heart operation. Forced to quit in 1948 when with Cleveland, Christopher underwent operation last November; now hopes to report to Cleveland training camp at Tucson, Ariz., in February. Ailment is due to childhood rheumatic fever.
