2nd Lt. Glenn Dobbs, Jr., All American Football player at Tulsa University and Randolph Field, today became the first graduate of nearly 50,000 trained at the Army Air Forces officer candidate school here to win 50th the Athletic and the Military awards, which he proudly displays.
