Miracle Men talk it over- Three old time greats of the 1914 Boston Braves "Miracle Men" Talk it over the famous 1914 season when the Braves were last in the league on July 4 but won the series the same year. Left to right as they gathered here today to help 1951 Braves celebrate the Diamond Jubilee of the National League this weekend are pitcher "Lefty" George Tyler, catcher Hank Gowdy, batting hero of the 1914 Series and Pitcher Bill James who won two series games and 26 of 33 in regular season.
