William F. Rickenbacker (right), 22-year-old son of Capt. Eddie Rickenbacker, WWI flying ace, tries on officer's hat as he enlists as an aviation cadet at Army and Air Force recruiting headquarters here today. At left is Capt. Ted A. Jankowski of South River, N.J., aviation project officer. Young Rickenbacker told newsmen his enlistment was approved by his father who told him "listen to your superiors and do what they do."
