1967 Press Photo Landlords brush past police to rush to City Hall in New York

Landlords accused by Mayor John V Lindsay of prolonging an apartment house strike brush past police and barricades to rush the entrance of City Hall today. At least one woman was injured in a melee on the City Hall steps. She fell as the massed property owners rushed toward the metal grilled doors of the building.
