Roosevelts welcome Bolivia's President-- Mrs. Roosevelt at his side, President Roosevelt heartily grasped Bolivia's President Enrique Penaranda by the hand today to welcome him to Washington for a State visit. The welcome was on the south grounds of the White House. State Secretary Cordell Hull is at right.
