Mrs. Romelle Roosevelt consults her attorney, Arthur Schifferman, before the start of today's session of her hearing for separate maintenance from her husband, James Roosevelt. She heard her attorney cross-examine Attorney John K. Sloan about a $2,500 trust fund set up by Jimmy which Sloan said he was told to make available to Irene Owens. Schifferman said this is the Gladys Irene Owens named as one of three correspondents by Mrs. Roosevelt in her suit against Jimmy.
