1964 Press Photo US Marines stand guard USS Arizona Memorial in Pearl Harbor

US Marines stand guard inside a white monument which straddles hulk of the US Navy battleship Arizona which was sunk during Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec 7, 1941. The ship sank within minutes of the attack and is the tomb for 1,102 men who went down with her.
