Description
Drawing of three satellites in separate orbits nearly 600 miles above the Earth illustrates the sky-high triple play scored by the United States. The three satellites were hurled into orbit by one rocket launched from Cape Canaveral, Fla., last night. The first atomic battery in space is attached to the Transit 4-A satellite. Drawing was released in Washington by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
