Mrs Franklin D. Roosevelt receives from Wayne C Grover, archivists of the United States, the first box of the Indexed letters of President Franklin D Roosevelt at the Franklin D Roosevelt Library here today. The letters, copies of almost every letter he wrote and almost every letter he received after he began his public career, became public property in the brief ceremony in the library. It took almost two and one-half years to index the more than five million letters.
