Mrs Franklin D Roosevelt is wearing a new hairdress this season as these pictures taken during a speaking engagement in Hammond, Ind. show. The First Lady has made a definite concession to the new upswing with little curls turning up from the part and flat finger curls high on top of the head. She clings to long hair in back to hold her hats if need be.
