Lt. Col. John H. Glenn Jr., beams as Mayor Robert Wagner fingers New York's Medal of Honor he just presented to the astronaut at luncheon in the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel today. The sculpture gold coin, a trifle larger than a half dollar is the city's highest award.
