HULL, MASS.JAN.22 -- MAKES WAY TO HIS HOME -- Basil rntr of Hull, pushes a boat down street of the Kenberma Park area of Hull today to reach his home.Some 250 families were forced from their home by Friday's sweep of the storm tide.Water and blocks of salt water ice still covered some of the streets.The Red Cross designated the Kenberma Park neighborhood an emergency area.Officials say it will be a week, perhaps two, before many of the evacuated families can return to their homes.
