New York - Niagara Falls rolls on and on with only a few visitors to observe the grandeur of its winter's dress of ice and snow. This view yesterday was taken from the recently rebuilt observation area of Goat Island. It looks across Luna Island, the American Falls to Prospect Point and the Rainbow Bridge.
