Actress Britt Eklund tells a Hollywood news conference yesterday her actor husband, Peter Sellers, "is fine", and that he plans to take a year's vacation to recuperate from his heart attack, Miss Eklund talked to the press at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital for the first time since her husband was hospitalized. She has been at the hospital with her husband almost constantly since he was taken ill.
