1963 Press Photo Barge along Sabine Neches Canal hit by Hurricane Cindy

This dredging barge tied up to the railing along Sabine Neches Canal to ride out Hurricane Cindy. Heavy waves pounded the canal wall, but for the most part was below flood stage.
