St. Lawrence University freshman Craig Smith of South Euclid Ohio in the role of John Witchboy, pleads with Conjur man Jeremy Smith, Greenwich, Conn. to make him a human so he can marry Barbara Allen. The scene takes place in a production of the 1945 Broadway show Dark of The Moon by Richardson and Berney to be presented in the Black Box Theater January 27-29. performances are at 6:30 and 9:30 PM each evening. The play, a romantic drama about the problems of love and freedom in the Smoky Mountains, is part of the university's January interterm activities.
