Rose Wong has come a long way since 1971, the year she immigrated to Cleveland from her native Hong Kong, Today, Wong is co-owner (with members of her family) of three restaurants: Pearl of the Orient in Rocky River and the Amethyst Grille and Pearl of the Orient, both in Shaker Heights.
