This January, Bravo, The Film and Arts Network, premieres Bravo Profiles: David Helfgott (above). Candidly interviewed by Melvin Bragg about last year's Oscar-winning film, Shine, pianist Helfgott discusses the film's autheticity and the years of illness which followed his breakdown. With contribution from Helfgott's wife and sister, as well as Shine director Scott Hicks, this documentary focuses on Helfgott's tour through Great Britain and the controversy surrounding his recent come-back. Bravo Profiles: David Helfgott premieres exclusively on Bravo on Sunday, January 18 at 8:00 PM.
