Mayor Frank Lausche and Judge Adrian Newcomb, chairman Legion Cigarettes for Soldiers Committee depositing cigarettes at City Hall Cigar Stand in first American Legion collection box, 25 of which will be placed in prominent locations throughout the city. Cigarettes are collected by the American Legion and distributed to Cuyahoga County boys at various camps, cost of mailing being borne by American Legion Club.
