Larry Conjar, rookie fullback of the Cleveland Browns and former Notre Dame star, is reported seriously ill at the Fort Campbell. Kentucky Army Base, where he is serving four months training. Conger's parents received a telegram from Fort Campbell saying Larry was ill with "suspected spinal meningitis".
