Mrs. James Roosevelt walks from the courtroom today after a day of hearing her husband testify in her suit for $3500 monthly support pending trial of their separate maintenance suit. She sat at the counsel table with her attorney, watching her husband speak from the witness stand. Near the end o the his testimony Roosevelt accused her of personally breaking into his office to get documents.
