Sidney Shearer Jr. 42 of Cleveland, a Vietnam combat engineer in the 3rd Demolition battalion 1966 U.S. Marine waves to the people along Superior Ave. during yesterday's parade. Shearer lost his leg Dec. 6, 1966 when he stepped on a mine in a field.
