The Sleek Body of the new Silver Shadow, with its much lower line, necessitated a reduction in height of the radiator shell. The radiator shell. The radiator is now very similar in size to that designed in 1904 by Sir Henry Royce for the first two cylinder Rolls Royce Cars. The radiator is to this day made almost exactly as it was 60 years ago. Virtually all the work is still done by hand, and many hours ae spent polishing the stainless steel both before and after assembly.
